Vaccines:

To protect all pets staying with us, we require that vaccinations are current. If your pet is overdue on vaccines, it is recommended that they are vaccinated at least 2 weeks prior to boarding. Puppies and kittens must have finished their booster series of vaccines to be considered for boarding.

Parasites:

In order to keep your pets and our facility flea and tick free, all pets need proof of flea and tick prevention applied within the last 4 weeks. If your pet needs flea and tick prevention we will apply Frontline Plus at a discounted fee.

A complimentary fecal exam may be preformed while your pet is boarding with us. This is to help ensure that our facility, along with your pets, remain free from intestinal parasites. If it is found that your pet has intestinal parasites, the doctor will prescribe an appropriate medication at a cost to you.

During their stay:

Our boarding facility has a fenced-in play area, where your dog is let outside at least 3 times a day.  Dogs boarding for 5 days or more, will receive a bath before they go home.  Our cats are housed in an area separate from the dogs, so that their stay can be as stress-free as possible.

We provide a high quality, easily digestible, intestinal diet to all of our patients. If your pet has special requirements, or you have a diet preference, please feel free to bring your diet from home.

If your pet is on special medications, please bring them with you. Please make sure your pet has enough medication to last for their stay, if your pet runs out of medication it will be up to the doctor’s discretion whether the medication will be refilled.

If your pet becomes ill while boarding, we will treat them in accordance with the best quality standard of care. Owners will be responsible for the cost of medical care. Payment for boarding and any medical care is due at time of pick up.

Additional services:

Bathing and professional grooming services are available upon request.

If you have requested a doctor’s consultation (including vaccines) while boarding, please schedule an appointment to see the doctor at the time of drop-off or pickup.
